1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any game, or accessing any section of the jayakaya platform, you expressly and fully agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately upon clicking the "Register" button or using the platform for the first time.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on jayakaya. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different information or other methods, is prohibited and may result in the freezing of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all account balances.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including:

• Full name as stated in your official identification document.
• A valid, active email address that can be contacted.
• An active Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.
• Bank account or digital wallet details for payment purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. jayakaya is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login information secure. Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the jayakaya support team immediately.

4 Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

Jayakaya offers a variety of payment methods suited for Malaysian players, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are credited to your account instantly once the transfer is confirmed by the respective banking system.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is MYR 50,000 for standard accounts and MYR 200,000 for VIP accounts.
• The bank account or digital wallet name must match the registered name on your jayakaya account.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.

6 Game Rules

All games on the jayakaya platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated.

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, jayakaya reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the member's account.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated in the respective game rules and must be adhered to.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the jayakaya platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure without any refund:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without legitimate authorisation.
• Using bots, automation software, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the system.
• Any form of money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the jayakaya support team. Prior to processing the closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the original registered payment method.

Jayakaya reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
