Yes, identity verification (KYC) is required before you make your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a copy of your valid identity card (MyKad) or passport, and in some cases a selfie photo for facial verification. No, each individual is only allowed to hold one jayakaya account. Having multiple accounts violates our terms of service and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice. JayaKaya accepts a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX (online bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the safety of your financial data at all times.

The minimum deposit at jayakaya is just RM10 — among the lowest in the industry. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM30. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method and your account verification level. Almost all deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets are processed instantly or within 1 to 5 minutes after a successful payment.
